We know how much the Sisters want the children at Kasisi to feel at home! Unfortunately, sooner or later, every home will need some modernisation. And yet there are so many other important expenses in Kasisi!
We, however, think that we can’t put it off any longer. The babies’ bedrooms have undergone a complete refurbishment and the only thing they are missing are the cots. Brand-new wooden beds and mattresses will lull our kids to sleep, who have worked hard to get a good night’s sleep with their daily mischief. Let no creaks or cold rungs get in the way of that!
We need as many as 30 cots. The price of one cot with a mattress in Zambia is about 7300 kwacha, or nearly PLN 1,600. A lot, but such purchases in Zambia are very expensive as many goods are imported from abroad.
We are not asking for much! Just make a small contribution – PLN 10-20. This purchase will serve many, many generations of little ones in Kasisi!
