Sydney, along with his brothers Edward and Joseph, came to Kasisi under unusual circumstances. Their homeless grandma handed them over to social services, who appeared unexpectedly and just as quickly vanished from their lives. All three boys found refuge at Kasisi, helpless and with very little information about their background. They know nothing about their roots other than that their parents are deceased. They don’t remember what their home looked like or if they ever had a place to shelter from the cold. The information in the social service documents is scant. According to these papers, the twins are seven years old, but they claim to be eleven. This is just one of the many mysteries surrounding their existence.
A school kit includes notebooks, allowing children to study at home. It also includes a pair of shoes, which, if not for Kasisi, they would have to borrow from their siblings.
